Adult & High School Health & Fitness:

Aerobics Classes - Free to our Full Members Limited Reciprocity  

Sweat & Tone : Throughout the class, we move from the Step (cardio) to the fl oor (toning) several times. The cardiovascular portion is on the Step and the toning segments will include weights, exercise tubes, and bands to strengthen all major muscle groups.

Total Body Conditioning: Resistance training utilizing weights, tubing stability balls, and more. All level are welcome.

Cardio Jam: One hour of pure activity, low impact with high energy. Upper and lower body toning, abs and so much more. Be prepared to push it to the limit!! Strengthen, tone, loose fat and get the body you want. All levels are welcome.

Advanced Power Step: This class is for Advanced levels only. This class is an intense 30-35 minutes of step with some floor. If you are looking for a high level class, this is the class for you.

Indoor Group Cycling: Indoor Group Cycling is a cardiovascular workout in a group environment that’s free from traffic and weather. Ride on that flat land or hills: do sprints or leisure riding. It’s a great program no matter what your fitness level is. Come ride with us!!!

Silver Sneakers/Gentle Strength: Silver Sneaker is a low impact class using a chair or standing up. This class is recommended for those just beginning a fitness program regimen, recovering from a stroke or injury. Please see your personal physician before starting this class. In this class you will use balls, hand weights and bands.

Yoga: Cost: $40/50- Daily stress and tension can manifest in our bodies causing physical discomfort and mental exhaustion. This class is designed to quiet the mind, allowing you to seek clarity of thought, while building strength and self-awareness

Older Adults:

Active Older Adults (AOA): Fitness Programs for the Active Older Adult or the Water Fitness Programs are recommended for those just beginning a fitness regimen, recovering from a stroke or injury, or for those who are pregnant. Please see your personal physician if you fit into any of these categories.

AOA Water Exercise Class/Silver Sneakers: Mild water exercise done at your own pace. This co-educational class is a way for participants to have fun and enjoy the water while being guided through the exercise by a trained instructor. Participants do not need to know how to swim.

Gentle Strength/Silver Sneaker: Standing and/or sitting, this class is for those who are sedentary, unfamiliar with an exercise routine, entering post rehab-programs, or are fit and active. We start with a warm-up, followed by 40 minutes of gentle strength training using handheld weights, resistance tubes, and balls and then end with gentle stretching.

 Day
